Conference Fee


 

Conference fee with the possibility of paper publication
3000 PLN
covers the costs of:
  • accommodation for three nights (Sept 10th-13th) with breakfasts
  • participation in sessions
  • presentation of a company's products or services
  • conference proceedings
  • beverages during coffee breaks
  • lunches and dinners in the hotel's restaurant
  • participation in social and accompanying events
**For those who pay for accommodation and breakfasts individually, the conference fee will be reduced


Additional sponsorship fee
2500 PLN
covers the costs of:
  • presentation of a company's exhibition stand and promotional banners
  • 15-minutes company's presentation during one of the conference sessions
  • presentation of company's logo, offer and commercials in the program, websites, social media, slides during coffee breaks and printed conference proceedings 
  • exhibiting roll-ups
